Return and refund policy

At Energy Bags, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and hassle-free 7-day return policy for eligible items.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days from the date of your return approval.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • Original tags must be intact, and the product must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

  3. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.

Important: Please do not send items without prior return approval and the provided return shipping label, as unsolicited returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hazardous or unsafe items

Exchanges

  • We do not process direct exchanges.

  • To get a different product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank or payment processor timing may vary.
